At dinner at the Capanna del Buttero you can choose from the à la carte menu: cold cuts, cheeses, grilled meats, homemade pasta, mushrooms, truffles, wild boar, field chicory ... ..
In the morning we will pamper you with a good breakfast brought to your room at the time you prefer, with pies and cakes from our pastry chef.
A walk in the heart of the salt pans nature reserve, watching the many species of birds that alternate throughout the year: ducks, flamingos, herons, cormorants .......
All you need to recover a smile and take a comfortable immersion in nature. The room - on request when booking - will be available until 8 pm on the evening of check out, at no extra charge.
